Who should I use to mill my Glock 19 slide for an RMR?

Just acquired RMR. I have a Gen4 Glock 19. Who should I use to mill the slide?

This is true. Jagerworks and Maple Leaf have done good work for several close friends.
AQ planned for years and sent their A team to carry out the attacks, and on Flight 93 they were thwarted by a pick-up team made up of United Frequent Fliers. Many people look at 9/11 and wonder how we can stop an enemy like that. I look at FL93 and wonder, "How can we lose?". -- FromMyColdDeadHand

I sent one of to Jagerworks in October; hoping I see it back by summer.

In the meantime a Brownells G19 RMR slide has worked fine.

I have personally used Vulcan Machine Werks (yes, that is the correct spelling) twice, and they did fast and excellent work. I had the first G45 back in 2 weeks, and the G48 cane back in 9 days.

I had them direct mill a P-1 onto the G45, and it's got over 7,000 rounds through it with zero issues.

Battlewerx does the patented Zev type cut on Glock slides for the RMR. That way you wouldn't need to send the optic.

I have used Maple Leaf and recommend them too as long as you send the optic with the slide.

What's the difference between the zev cut and the others where you have to send the slide in?

The Zev cut has tall recoil posts that go through the two screw holes in the RMR optic. If your RMR ever needs replacement it is best to have the Zev cut.

If you have a NON Zev cut done without sending your optic you will likely have too tight or too loose a fit because the optics vary enough in length to be problematic.
