Does anybody know if the B&T APC9 or GHM9 semiautomatic models have out of battery firing prevention mechanisms? Looks like the fully auto models do, probably as part of the auto mechanism. Could find a parts diagram for the select fire lower but not a semi only lower.

No. The safety sear you’re referring to is the autosear in the select fire guns. The only current production semiauto I’m aware of that incorporates a safety sear is the FN PS90.
