Quick question here. Using the Silencer Co kiosk today, the scanner would not pick up my RH prints so now I will have to go the the Sheriff's office to have it manually done. Do I have to use the FBI print card or what?

The kiosk I used kept rejecting my prints also. Or at least indicating they were marginally acceptable. Didn't occur to me until after I left that perhaps cleaning the screen with windex or something may have resolved the problem?
Who knows when was the last time the shop wiped things down?
My paperwork was eventually approved, but I'll keep some glass wipes in my pocket next time, just in case.

Hand lotion as the winter months can dry out the oils too much for the reader to pick up the prints.
