    It's not the criminals fault. It's the legal gun owner from whom the weapon was stolen. Make sense??

    Those felony votes belong to the Dems in return for taking the burden of the weapon misuse from the criminal and making it the rightful gun owners' problems.

    They should literally do this in Chicago with huge fines for non compliance.

    Dang I got jacked with crack and a .40, I gotta stop carrying the .40.

    Yes, then quickly drop all the gun charges, including the no insurance parts fir certain people. Kind of like they do with all the other gun charges that are negotiable.

    Law used against sone, but not all. Ohh watch out fir that banana peel!!

    I was under the impression west of the Altamont Pass, was considered a gun free zone, couldnt have any anywhere near the bay or Alameda County.
