Title VII of the Act, codified as Subchapter VI of Chapter 21 of title 42 of the United States Code, prohibits discrimination by covered employers on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin (see 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2[63]). Title VII applies to and covers an employer "who has fifteen (15) or more employees for each working day in each of twenty or more calendar weeks in the current or preceding calendar year" as written in the Definitions section under 42 U.S.C. §2000e(b). Careful with that logic and reason.

And no one will ever be able to deny that she, whoever she is, got her position on the court because of her race and sex. There is no way Biden can say he is only going to hire a black female, then anyone be able to argue against her only there because she is a black female, even if she is the most qualified person in the country. No matter what her qualifications are, they will always be put behind her race and sex since race and sex are the primary qualifications she was hired on.

AOC doesn’t meet the age requirement. She is only 32, and you must be 35 to be president or VP.
