I think the boys from Skynyrd had Neil Young's number pretty early on...

    Big wheels keep on turning
Carrying me home to see my kin
    Singing songs about the southland
    I miss Alabamy once again
    And I think it's a sin, yes

Well I heard Mr. Young sing a ballad
Well I heard old Neil put it down
Well I hope Neil Young will remember
A southern man don't need him around anyhow

Not recently unless someone has uploaded the episodes to YouTube. Any reason you’re not willing to download Spotify?

Joni Mitchell is about to start missing a payday, as well…

Yet it is not our part to master all the tides of the world, but to do what is in us for the succor of those years wherein we are set, uprooting the evil in the fields that we know, so that those who live after may have clean earth to till.

Another brave decision made by a very, very relevant musician.

Hard to sell ads on that.
he hasn't been relevant to any swinging dick since Lynyrd Skynyrd talked smack about him in a song.

Neil Young's sole #1 hit, Heart of Gold - 1972, was half a century ago this year. Joni Mitchell has been less relevant even longer.

I'm not sure when entertainers will ever begin to understand that all we really want from them is for them to entertain us. Write all the protest songs you want and put as many metaphors in your music as you want. If I like it I'll listen and maybe even sing along. Doesn't really matter to me who it is, the last thing I want to hear from any entertainer I'm paying to see perform live is their opinion on anything political. The truly great ones seem to steer clear of any of that overt BS.

I'm holding out for Joan Baez to be next.

Before your time by ten or fifteen years. She was quite the guitar player in her time and worked and partied with everyone from Dylan to Led Zepplin at one point.
Shes old and not too healthy at this point.

Yes. Somebody needs to take her ego down about 25 notches. I hope I never accidentally hear her liberal garbage again.
