    Current best deal on BCG?

    Is there something better than these right now? https://www.righttobear.com/ao-preci...aom16-hpt-mpi/
    Looking to pick up for a back up carbine. Specs I like are the C158 bolt and the MPI/HPT inspection.

    Same here. All of mine grew up to be spare uppers or spare carbines.



    (Not my spare bolts thought - Pretty sure those need a complete carrier before they can start 'growing')

    A true "Gun Guy" (or gal) should have familiarity and a modicum of proficiency with most all firearms platforms.

    I still have uppers with no BCGs, but I also have more than most when you include the stuff I have on hand for use in pictures. However, that doesn't change that I still need a few more.

    Board policy mandates I state that I shoot for BCM. I have also done work for 200 or so manufacturers within the firearm community. I am prior service, a full time LEO, firearm instructor, armorer, TL, martial arts instructor, and all around good guy.

    I also shoot and write for various publications. Let me know if you know cool secrets or have toys worthy of an article...

    no, AO is outstanding and you'll find their bcgs in many a 'top tier' rig
