The court case was in regards to a "cease and desist" they served Rare Breed with. I don't think it has any bearing on the ATF's ability to make a ruling and conduct a raid. They may lose in court after the fact, but the damage will still be done.

The letter/email seems to be 9 months in the future saying "Oct 2022 to present". I don't doubt that the ATF would so such a thing but before we start putting BR vests on our dogs, do we know the veracity of this letter/email?
It looks like a draft at best, was it ever sent out?
