I didn’t watch the video to know if he mentions it, but Rarebreed is a bunch of lawyers set up in their practice. So a raid would involve confiscation of client files that are client lawyer privileged documents. Think they were banking on that to slow/stop/limit a raid from just happening by the ATF. I would be pissed if my legal doc’s were being used as a buffer for their trigger business.

I get it, wasn’t happy about it either. Having said that, I’m not sure we can place the blame for ATF crazy determinations at his feet. He wasn’t President when the ATF decided that a shoelace was a machinegun, was he? The precedent was set long before him.

No, no, the AFT have been guilty of asshattery as well. I’m not trying to excuse them from the conversation. There is more than one asshat on the planet, though. Its good to not forget.
