NP3 or chrome. Personally, I think NP3 cleans up easier than chrome.

Only issue I've heard of with NP3 is that you can't (shouldn't) use abrasive materials to clean it, like one of those green "scratchy pads" we used in the Army to clean the bolt tail for instance. NP3 is slick as hell but not as hard.
