What optic for Geissele AR?

Your use case of primary range toy with potential SHTF isn’t as unique as you probably believe….lots of conversations about it.

I personally don’t know of any prism optics that are worthy of riding on a Geissele. Your valid and most likely choices are Aimpoint M5 or LPVO….likely a Vortex Razor Gen 3 or Nightforce NX8.

This - why buy a very nice rifle and put a sh!t optic on it?

Some say, that when a rifle has an optic mounted, that is only worth 10% of its value, it will self destruct in shame.
Not sure it’s worth the risk man.

It has a simple BDC reticle and is second focal plane.
