Generally speaking here, When loading hot .45acp rounds a slower powder is used which takes up more volume in the case to get to those velocities.

You won't find a +P loading for a fast (low charge weight / economical) powder like Bullseye for good reason. Unsafe as hell being the big reason.

Those slower powders and increased charge weights produce more gasses that a comp 'needs' to work best.
