    What is this measuring device?

    I believe this is used for measuring gun powder, am I correct?

    Looks like a volumetric black powder measure.

    TIP - If 1/2” diameter, you can use them with the old Belding & Mull smokeless visible powder measures!

    Looks like a black powder, powder measure.
    It's f*****g great, putting holes in people, all the time, and it just puts 'em down mate, they drop like sacks of s**t when they go down with this.
