    The science of gas port sizing would disagree with you.

    Mark is dead in here. If you want to shoot cheap ammo shoot it out of a cheap gun with a huge gas port. Save the expensive brass ammo for expensive guns with gas ports for 5.56 ammo

    Magnetism is common when machining steel. Especially when there is any hammering effect in the process of cutting or forging the parts.

    Ah-HA! That makes sense. Geissele forge the bolt on the REBCG. It is one the "special" things about REBCG.

    Yeah, Imma gonna git me a Geissele so I can run the cheapest, shittiest steel ammo I can find through it.

    I have interest in your impressions of the Geissele BCG after you use if. These are clearly a costly BCG and it will be good to know how it performs and holds up to use.

    I contacted Geissele andf they sent me a new one. This new one is not magnetic which is great.

    I have not shot it a lot yet since I only got it back a few days ago. But so far the coating seems slicker than nitride and more wear resistant too. I think the real test will be to see if the bolt can survive 10k rounds.
