How much have you already spent on ammo & gas?

Markm- if you would, try the following two loads:
Hornady 55gr FMJ-BT/ 25.5gr TAC/ CCI #41.
Hornady 55gr FMJ-BT/ 25gr XBR 8208/ CCI #41.
I've fired thousand of these loads during train ups, though I save the XBR 8208 for heavier ammo these days. I'll grab a box of new production #41s and see if I mirror your results.
I was looking at those Teslongs for 150. It's not so much the expense as it is the can of worms I'm afraid to open.
I may load these up. I have all the components. The thing is... every time I think I've found a load, I crank out the ammo and pop city the very next week.
I did back the N135/77 gr load off 7/10s of a grain for 30 rounds last night.

My Teslong would not ever take a charge once the battery died. I got mine as a birthday gift and I am not happy that it was wasted money…just after the warranty period of course.

I fired PMC 5.56 XTAC 55gr FMJ and the following load through two 16" barrels today:
Hornady 55gr FMJ-BT/ 25.5gr TAC/ CCI #41
16" Black River Tactical barrel w/9700 rounds through it-
Aforementioned load Average FPS: 2931 SD: 25
55gr XTAC Average FPS: 2880 SD 30
16" Colt 6920 bbl w/1500 rounds through it-
Aforementioned load Average FPS: 2999 SD:45
55gr XTAC Average FPS: 2950 SD: 24
No popped primers, and primer edges looked round on brass fired from both barrels. Weather was approx 72 degrees. I'll look at the brass again later.
