Unsure about China, but Japan has fostered that loyalty across multigenerational company families, by treating their employees AS family. FYI- I dont & wouldnt "hang" with ANY of these clowns. Cant wait to get away from them when shift is over. I currently work for one of the worlds most recognizable snack makers, and have worked for several well known companies over the years, and this latest current crop of valedictorians arent worth a tinkers damn. Having said that- it is refreshing to hear your experience is totally opposite of mine.
And I DEFINITELY agree that most of the companies Ive worked for have crappy, crappy hiring policies.
