" Generally speaking, criminal insanity is understood as a mental defect or disease that makes it impossible for a defendant to understand their actions, or to understand that their actions are wrong." Does the shooter fit this description? How about the typical serial murderer? Some evil people just do evil things sometimes. If he was truly insane, as described above, might we actually feel pity for him rather than loathing? On a human level, how do you hold a person responsible if you apply the above definition of insanity to them? I seriously doubt that anyone is truly insane, if they are, it's is extremely rare.

The word "crazy" isn't used as a legal term to describe a persons standing before a court in any state I'm aware of. I wonder why that is?

When his trial is over I wonder if the judge will use the adjective "crazy" or "evil" to describe him and his deeds?

So I don't think he was so mentally defective that he didn't understand what he did or didn't understand that it was wrong. I think he was so insane that he simply didn't care and his "I want the world to be like this" world view superseded every other considerations and you can call that evil if you wish.

Or in simpler terms, nobody gets to rule the world and decide for everyone else. And if you truly think you are entitled to any of that, then we get to decide for you that you are f'ing insane and not suitable for cohabitation on this planet.

I don't have any proof, but I wonder that the retired police officer was ever trained in failure to stop drills?

For most people I think the answer is to focus on the belt line down to the thighs, when going for a new target after center mass. Mt reasons are this is a bigger area to get hits on than the head. Hits to this area will 100% beat misses when trying for the head.

Most people don't realize that a broken pelvis is very vascular with 3000ml of potential blood lost into the lower abdomen. Yes indeed. Take out the large pelvic target and anchor the target with catastrophic bone failure AND movement towards hemodynamic collapse.

So, with the threats at school and being under 21, did he get the AR legally? I assume with his control desire, yes. But I thought the SAFE act put the age for ARs at 21? Also, is that really a 7 round mag?

What a looser. He clearly hopes this is used to ban our 2nd amendment rights. So his name would be etched in US history.

    He is a worthless scumbag.

Do you think there might be some people that won't defend their rights because that's what the murderer wants them to do?

This is how I look at it: my good name will be tarnished... in the eyes of contaminated Liberals. Gun owners around the world know what's really going on and that's all that matters.

"Silence The Voices Of Hatred": NY Governor Hochul Uses Buffalo Massacre To Renew Calls For Censorship Of Social Media

On CNN’s “State of the Union,” Hochul declared

“They need to be called out. And leaders elected officials from both parties need to stand up at this moment and call it out and to shame it and to make sure these people crawl back into their holes and stay there. This cannot be part of our mainstream dialogue here in the United States of America. Leaders have a responsibility to call it out...

we are dealing with it on the gun side but also on the social media side. And the combination of the wild access to guns, unfettered, we need national laws to deal with this as well as the unfettered sharing of hate information on the internet, that is a lethal combination. We saw that on display here just hours ago yesterday.”

This is what the commies want because they know it will piss off white people and create a cycle of revenge.

And by extension all GOP positions are racist and therefor able to be silenced.

The “Great Replacement Theory” isn’t a theory, the MSM touted it since 2012 and how demographics were shifting and the we the US was going to become a minority-majority country. This isn’t a theory, it was touted as the reason that the Dems would dominate national politics going forward. That isn’t a right wing conspiracy, its a progressive strategy to gain power.

Think of it this way, who talks about ‘race’ all the time? It isn’t the GOP…
