At least you aren't being arrested for trying to vote twice.

Thank you for going following through on this. Let's hope that enough people get upset about the problem to drive improvements in the election process.
Following Nov 2020, several people (in other states) reported being turned away from the polls because a vote was already registered in their name even though they hadn't. I'm sure yours is not an isolated incident.

If a physical absentee ballot was involved, that opens up some other questions.

Was an absentee ballot sent to your residence, or some other address??
Dumb question: Does MN scan/archive absentee ballot requests?

Is the date indicated on their records supposed to be the date the board of elections actually processed the absentee ballot, or is it taken from a post-mark and could have been processed later on? There were other places in the country where the postmarks were back-dated on mailed ballots so they would be accepted after election night.

    Or:
Is it possible that no absentee ballot was actually used and the records were merely altered?

It appears that based on the way this played out, they didn't have to submit a Biden vote in your name. At minimum, they could simply cancel your vote on election day by indicating in the records that you had already voted.
Are you supposed to be notified / denied a second ballot under those circumstances?

Given the way the 2020 election was conducted, it is possible that a vote was manufactured for you.
You said that MN doesn't keep the paper ballots, but if they have 'your' scanned ballot, it might be fair to ask to see what they have.

Most likely it won't go anywhere or county officials will blame you for voting twice.

In my state you have to sign a roll-sheet if you vote in person. You might be able to recover that journal. If you request an absentee ballot a record should be somewhere where you requested it - DMV, county elections office, or somewhere else.
With Covid a lot of states defaulted to mail-in ballots for everyone, therefore there might not be any record specific to you.

No, no, no brother. Your vote was not "stolen".

It was redistributed to where it could serve the greater good.

I received 6 ballots at my house in 2020. Never requested any of them.

One way you can check is to do a foia request for all mail to your house. ALL MAIL IS PHOTOGRAPHED as it is going into the usps system. I get an email ever day what is coming in the mail. Kind of handy to know when to be home when you are expecting something.

But none of this is ever going to be dealt with. Only way is if Trump gets back in. but I can see they will never let that happen again.

Just before moving from our previous house in 2021, I received a postcard from the NC election board (cant remember the exact name) stating how many people registered to vote from our address in previous elections. In two of the four election years listed there were 3-4 people who registered to vote/voted from our address for each year. 2020 was the only exception, showing two registered/voted. There were only my wife and I in the house for five years previous (not counting small children). My wife chalked it up to the previous residents never re-registering after moving, but I don't believe that.

After moving to the next town over, and registering to vote at the new address, my wife and I have both received FOUR voter registration cards. We have only been here for a year, and didn't register until a few months after moving. As far as I can tell, each one was for a different precinct. "Supposedly" they have changed voting precinct locations multiple times in the past few months. I am calling BS.

NC has a no ID requirement. I tried to show my ID and voter registration card in the past and was told that they didn't want to see them, just give them my name and address. They wouldn't verify who I was even though I tried.

Can you tell me more about this? A standing FOIA request?
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.
