Go to post office and ask the postmaster. They will probably be the only one to know how to have this done.
This is how they can track anyone that has bought anything that is now considered illegal. They just type in the address where a letter or package is mailed from and bam! Every person that bought bump stocks or forced reset triggers now are in the data base. But hopefully the makers of the FRT did not put a return address on the mail. They were taking pics of mail for years before they told anyone about it. And most of the people still don't know about it.

Update. The County Election official got back to me. He indicated that they have an application for me for an early absentee ballot cast in person on 10/28/22. I voted in person on election day, not 10/28/20. I am going into the County this Friday at 1100 to see said official and said fake application.
I will also plan to attend a meeting with the County Commissioners on 5/24 @ 0930. I will let folks know how both meetings go.

They could have better gotten away with it if they could have reined in the local "vote stealers". Everyone went about their "business as usual election fraud" on top of what appears to be a targeted top level operation. This swing the numbers WAY too high. I mean honestly they can go to the 'everyone really hated Trump" well only so many times before the numbers just get away with you. There is no way that Biden/Harris is more popular then Obama at the height of his popularity.

They stole the election on multiple fronts. Stealing ballots, mules dropping boxes of votes at 3:00am, and software manipulating the numbers.
We had 90 mile Trump trains in AZ. Biden showed up and they would place fake cars in parking lot it was so empty. It was sad he was so despised. AND HE WON????NOPE!
