Inside of the sleeve is a small pouch that holds a small amount of medical/trauma gear. Inner pouch can be quickly pulled out to access contents. Mostly black with a small amount of red on the inner pouch. Whole item is about the size of an M4 mag pouch. Can provide pics. $25 shipped (OBO).
