I took primers to a HUB and they shot me down. Said they could ship ammo but not primers. Meanwhile I shipped some cans back to Sig and AAC via the same tards. Whatever

Hazmat stuff is a whole different ass ache, unfortunately.

As far as I can tell, it's basically impossible for Joe Citizen to ship primers or powder.

I always tell them the truth. It's machine parts..

And yes it's the INDEPENDENT " Shop " not UPS.

The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.

I was then told I would have to drive to the nearest UPS hub (2 or 3 towns away) to ship my item. I informed them that the T2 mount was originally shipped to my house via UPS, to which they replied that there wasn’t anything they could do, as this was UPS corporate policy. I called UPS customer support, and received the same answer from their customer service representative. I asked the guy what difference does it make if I’m shipping a $200 piece of metal for a scope/firearm, or if I was shipping a $200 automotive part (because there would be no issue shipping the automotive part from a UPS store). He could not provide an answer. I also asked why my local UPS store couldn’t take my package, and required me to drive all the way to their hub, if in the end my local UPS store would send it to their hub anyway. He couldn’t answer that either. I interpret this as UPS doesn’t support the 2A community, so I’m going to stop using them. I took my package to a FedEx store, and shipped it from there with no issues.
UPS Store is not UPS, they make their own rules.

Take it to a UPS hub or just schedule a pickup.

I'm fortunate to have good route guys with both UPS and FedEx. The FedEx guy even calls me when he has a package that requires an in-person signature. When I need to ship something, I just arrange a pickup at my res. It goes, no questions. Build that repoire!

And then the guy was TERRIFIED of it and asked me to please put it back. This was in middle GA. Good Lord.
    That’s certainly ridiculous!!

AQ planned for years and sent their A team to carry out the attacks, and on Flight 93 they were thwarted by a pick-up team made up of United Frequent Fliers. Many people look at 9/11 and wonder how we can stop an enemy like that. I look at FL93 and wonder, "How can we lose?". -- FromMyColdDeadHand
