4 LEOs engaged him, what happened after that? There's no explanation. It sounds like they broke it off due taking fire from shooter. That was the opportunity they had to take him out. Way too many details missing from that essential contact.

Yeah if that guy was half as smart as he thinks he is, he'd be packing up and moving to New Zeland by now... he's gonna have a target on his back for the rest of his life if he's stays stateside.
Im still not entirely convinced he escapes some kind of state or federal prosecution for his decisions in this.
I wouldn't want to be a patrol officer in that city for the next few years... its gonna be one hell of a hard job. Those folks are pissed and their confidence in LE is all but gone.
