    Weird Looking M781

I've got a launcher in jail, hopefully I'll have it in 99 days, so I've been working on gathering some M781s and charges for them as well as 3D printing the parts and reloading the charges (no ide on that part yet). I ordered range pickup cases/zincs/nosecones and 29 of them look "normal" (I've been messing with this for about 3 weeks, so I know nothing) and one of them looks like this. Anyone seen this oddball before or know anything about it?

Also curious if anyone has a trick for removing RTV from the zinc pushers quickly and easily, or if it's just grunt work with a razor blade.

    Gruntwork, bro.

Anything you use to successfully break down the RTV will not be a failure for you. It'll just smear everywhere and make it worse.

I've used something thick, like a chamois cloth, once most is removed. Cloth has traction & helps force the remnants off.
