The SF closed tine flashhider is a little off timing. The top port is not perfectly at 12 o'clock.
Should I retime it to make the top port at 12 o'clock?
This will be used as a suppressor mount as well.

Not really vital, but my OCD would compel me to do it anyway.

That would bug me. I'd personally time it properly. From a functional standpoint, you'd never notice anything. The MD should have came with more than enough shims to time it wherever you'd like.
If you’re a righty, I wouldn’t sweat it.

I put an A2 on a rifle that was 10 times less clocked than that and it bugs me. I'm going to redo it. But, no, it doesn't really hurt anything.
I'd leave it alone. It's OK for the rifle to have a time bit of personality.
It would bug me, I'd fix it. That's why I have a couple bags of these, so I don't have to deal with that sort of thing.

I agree with most others that it doesn't matter but I would be thinking of the best spot to reduce bottom blast for prone vs twist recoil
