I want an answer to Alex V’s question on the other decisions. I doubt that the lefties will roam the streets shooting people, when the SCOTUS allows concealed carry…
BUT the Roe Roll back, that could lead to some spicy stupidity….
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

It is interesting that we all focus on the big issues, but there are all kinds of arcane legal points that they deal with also.
