Would you like to amplify as to why this is important, rather than just posting a link?

That's been board policy for years now.

They heard the case. Can they not rule on a case they heard?

That means we will find out about the Mississippi case regarding Roe as well

"On April 26, the Supreme Court agreed to hear a challenge to New York State's concealed carry laws. New York State Rifle & Pistol Association (NYSRPA) v. Bruen seeks to overturn a policy that requires people applying for handgun licenses to demonstrate that they have a pressing need to carry firearms in public."

Yeah I apologize, I assumed the title said it. I know the members here are well educated and versed in RKBA issues and know about NYSPA v Bruen. I was just giving them a heads up on the last week of this courts term which might not be common knowledge.

I want an answer to Alex V’s question on the other decisions. I doubt that the lefties will roam the streets shooting people, when the SCOTUS allows concealed carry…

BUT the Roe Roll back, that could lead to some spicy stupidity….
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.

I guess orders were at 9;30, the decisions are at 10am...

It is interesting that we all focus on the big issues, but there are all kinds of arcane legal points that they deal with also.
