That's the other worry. Some of these guys really ARE there just to make noise, wave signs, get in somebody's face and generally be pains in the ass but no violent intent. The problem is that as Mao said "the revolutionary soldier must move through the masses like a fish through water," and that Mere Nuisance majority provides the water that those violent revolutionary fish need to move through and hide among. Some are more malignant, like "I won't commit violence myself but I will provide cover and shelter for those who do."

This country is criminally undersupplied with Scoops... once they've refused the order to disperse just shovel 'em up wholesale, back up the truck and dump 'em straight into detention cells.

So, has anybody heard of any attacks overnight? Not seeing anything in the news. Pleasantly surprised, though I wouldn't be surprised to see the media try to keep attacks hushed up.

As usual large open riots are limited to permissive locations.

I’m not sure if the limited number of open attacks is a good sign or not yet. The crazies are out there, but they need a larger crowd of protesters to hide in with current tactics.

Not a church, but my wife and I woke up to find our "Value Them Both" sign (for a KS constitutional ballot initiative on abortion) was missing this morning. Annoyed they took it, but I guess I should be grateful that they didn't target the house or anything. We knew that leaving the sign up would draw their ire; guess now we need to get a few more signs.

This time set hidden cameras. Me, I'd like a paintball claymore set so that if someone pulls the sign they get a bat in pink or orange paint... maybe mix in some pepperballs, and some balls with liquid skunk-scent for good measure.

We have a video doorbell, but the sign was just out of range, apparently. We're going to get more and put them closer to the house so hopefully, it'll trigger the camera. Or, we'll look into getting additional cameras/trail cams to try and catch 'em. I'd love to set up some sort of unpleasant trap for the thieves, but not sure what's legal/effective.

You could use one of the motion activated sprinkler devices. They work real good on 4 legged trespassers. What are you going to do call the police because you got wet trespassing in someone's yard to grab a sign you don't like?

Never Seize is your friend here. Coat all the edges of the sign liberally with that chit ..... it never comes off and stains clothing permanently . If they are in a car , it ruins the steering wheel and anything else the POS touches . Ask me how I know
