The idiots who run around holding signs, throwing shit and starting fires - yes.

Groups that pose a serious risk like the Weather Underground, SLA and similar back in the late 60s early 70s - that is what concerns me.

With the most radical activists, shit like roe v wade is their red line. You can either treat the threat as genuine or not. But it is those 60s radicals that we lost our universities to, then our public schools, then nearly all media and finally a bit more than half of our government. That didn't happen because they are all a bunch of impulsive, emotional reactionaries.

Right now the "green" element has everyone paying $5 or more for a gallon of gas, the "my body, my rules" element is much stronger and more extremist.

I saw this several days ago, but I don't recall seeing it here. Definitely sounds very much like an agent provocateur, probably a Fed, but I've been worried about this since the last round of national riots. While rural folks likely would be more than capable of taking care of this kind of trash, I worry about the isolated and elderly farming couples that these guys could prey on. Some of those salt-of-the-earth folks never would see something like this coming, and likely wouldn't mount an effective defense.

I’m not far out west of Shitcago, but that kind of stuff would not be tolerated near me. And in rural Indiana where my family is from, if someone rolled up on grandma, phone trees send info FAST and yes, a few people may be victimized but there would be hell to pay as retribution. Folks own large equipment and things that would make sure bodies are NEVER found. My backhoe is fueled up and waiting. Never mind that, it’s just some tile work in the field.

Don't relax your posture, somewhere the "real problem makers" are still in the strategy / planning phase of operations. They are gonna use something "remote detonation" and they are gonna want to hit a large population target. I agree. Wailing and moaning, screaming at the sky while primping for the camera. Some fringe people may use the opportunity, but the worst I think you’d see is targeted attacks against figureheads. Maybe ‘die-ins’ on highways to disrupt traffic.
