NATO countries close to the war are scared to death. They think Russia is coming after them next.
I wonder what they want to do in response?

Don't be shocked if Russia says the missile(s) were Ukrainian.

Also, don't be shocked if they were in fact Ukranian.

The Stage Is Set For US Combat Troops In Ukraine

    https://www.eurasiareview.com/151120...-ukraine-oped/

There’s no doubt that the retreat from Kherson was a black-eye for the Russian Army. There’s also no doubt that the general who ordered the evacuation made the right decision. True, the optics are terrible, but optics don’t win wars. Strategy, valor and firepower wins wars. Russian General Sergey Surovikin appears to grasp that fact which is why he made the unpopular decision to retreat.
That said, recent reports (see below) suggest that the Biden administration may deploy US combat troops to the theatre in response to any Russian escalation that could threaten to alter the course of the war. If these reports prove to be accurate, then the greatly-anticipated winter offensive could trigger a direct conflagration between the United States and Russia. Given the trajectory of the war to this point, we think it’s only a matter of time before Washington emerges from behind its proxies and engages Russian troops on the battlefield. There are many indications that the Pentagon is already preparing for that eventuality.
Russian cruise missiles hitting power stations in Poland would certainly qualify as Russian escalation that could threaten to alter the course of the war

The thought had occurred to me... It almost does not matter if someone wants to achieve a goal, like dragging other countries into the fun if that's the goal.

A senior U.S. intelligence official says Russian missiles crossed into NATO member Poland, killing two people.

A second person confirmed to The Associated Press that apparent Russian missiles struck a site in Poland about 24 kilometres from the Ukrainian border.

Russia was pounding cities across Ukraine with missiles on Tuesday, in attacks that Kyiv said were the heaviest wave of missile strikes in nearly nine months of war. Some hit Lviv, which is less than 80 kilometres from the border with Poland.

This "senior U.S. intelligence official" you mentioned, do they happen to be one of these 51 intelligence officials?

Prediction: No-Fly Zone buffer over western Ukraine.

The back channel to Russia will be that you can't be taking our civilian targets like this and if you do, we'll shoot down them down. But the real stick/carrot will be that if you continue, we'll give the Ukies missiles to hit inside Russia at infrastructure.

*** So much for the theory that Russia is running out of missles?

24 miles, and striking a 'target' isn't a mistake. An errant bomb landing randomly is one thing. What are the chances of a hit on something that looks like a target.

My guess is that Putin sees that things aren't going well and wants to try to draw NATO into something, probably to force some kind of overall peace deal, before he loses Crimea- if Will's source is to be believed.

The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.

I believe nothing coming out of the Ukraine, NATO countries bordering the Ukraine, Russia, or the US. Perhaps an errant russian missile hit a polish bordertown, so what. Is that cause for ww3 and perhaps a nuclear escalation over 2 dead polish farmers? I don't think so. There are few words to describe or explain the abortion going on in the ukraine. Let them have at it, phuck the ukraine and phuck russia, they can kill as many of their citizens and soldiers as they want. My guess, the only reason the US is involved is to protect democratic/soros/biden/kerry/clinton/obama backed financial thievery and assorted chicanery. Granted it sucks for the ukrainan citizens, russian conscripts who are forced into this madness, etc, but since when does the .gov of any nation care about its citizens?

I thought infrastructure had been hit, which would be a crazy coincidence. But it looks like a farm took a hit. Could be a Russian missile or maybe a wayard Ukrainian interceptor - or a damaged Russian missile that ran crazy. By the damage, it doesn't look like an AA interceptor. So it seems like a nothing, unless someone makes it into a something.
