Which Safariland ALS for Staccato P X300U w/o optic

I'm looking for an ALS holster for my Staccato P with X300U but without optic. I keep reading recommendations but because of Safariland's complicated model names it's a total PITA to track down the right one.

    Will this work?

Holster finder does not list any that work with a light.

I think you’re gonna have to find another model that works (I think the m&p45 holster works or something like that).
AQ planned for years and sent their A team to carry out the attacks, and on Flight 93 they were thwarted by a pick-up team made up of United Frequent Fliers. Many people look at 9/11 and wonder how we can stop an enemy like that. I look at FL93 and wonder, "How can we lose?". -- FromMyColdDeadHand

Holster finder has been useless for me. The holster I linked was originally meant for a Springfield Operator but my research indicates it should work, maybe with a little dremeling around the mag catch.

The description says it for the an X200 and X300 no mention of X300U, but can easily be Amazon's f'ed up description. Assuming it is a later version and not NOS it should work. "Should". But hey it is Amazon free returns.

Not sure what kind of retention you need but can also try gcode xst or tier1 centurion. Both have a thumb release, gcode is built like a tank, t1 is also if you get the thickness upgrades.
I bailed on Samaritans just too confusing then limited on what pistols.

Is that an "auto-correct" thing or something?

The nice thing about the ALS is the pistol is automatically retained upon holstering the weapon, no need for the additional step of rotating a hood like the SLS. I have the other two and while they are quality products, I'll stick with Safariland when it comes to an overt holster.

This. I've been using Safariland ALS holsters for years and greatly prefer the simplicity and familiarity.

    For my Stacatto P Duo

The Safariland website is the worst web sight ever. Especially a big profitable company.
