    I would not take red dot advice of any kind from someone who doesn't know how to use a red dot or if their red dot is even turned on.

    Is ARMS not good? I've never had any of their mounts, but isn't that what's on the Specters?

    Aimpoint is the goto brand for RDS. I have only one of their cheaper offerings, it eats batteries but runs good. I just change batteries more often than is critical. Still a decent optic. The higher end Aimpoint are the gold standard by a landslide.

    Good luck with your super duty rifle, mine is amazing.
