    My old TA50-4 is the only other optic that has no battery or switch BUT due to magnification/lens dia. and the small eye relief range makes quick target acquisition slower that the M21.

    Also I have always had the anti-glare cover on it and have not noticed probs with the blue tint... of course all my shooting has been in the Sonoran desert during sunny daylight.
