Taiwan would be a potent adversary to red china, more so than ukraine to russia; a conflict they are studying closely I'd venture to guess. The US will do nothing against red china, given how dependent it has become on chinese products, as we all know. Should an invasion occur, Taiwan will eventually fall but a fairly high price to the chicoms. However, china.gov would not care at all, so many expendable soldiers and citizens it would not make any difference at all even if they incur a loss of say, 1M individuals. Just a statistic, not a tragedy as stalin would say. Phuck red china.

If the US was serious about putting the ccp in it's place, they would enact all the tariffs and such like Trump did to them. That would hurt them more than anything. Their economy is teetering now. But instead of doing that, Biden has lifted them and also suspended a few green energy ones for them. Our politicians are not representing our welfare at all. Just doing what will load up their pockets... business as usual for them.

If the US was serious about the CCP, they'd outright ban Chinese citizens from owning US property and companies. We should be restricting and spying on anyone with a Chinese passport in the US, the way they spy on American citizens in China. Doing anything less is to dismiss the threat the CCP poses to America.

Start by reducing the number of grad students here from China. Reduce it by 20% a year, with a preference for getting rid of them in sensitive areas, like AI and quantum computing. We don’t need them, they need us. Let them tech up with their own resources and get more Americans into STEM.
Bring rare earths back to US production. It is a real issue, but also symbolic.
De-stabilize North Korea to that China has their own border to deal with.
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.
