By who? Did the employee purposely make his resignation letter public or was it leaked without his knowledge? A cynical person might read the letter and wonder if the guy was looking to be a guest on Hannity.
Honestly, if you are gonna walk away from an ABC agency, probably good to make it known and be on the public radar. If you are a nobody, you are just another Arkansas suicide.
