Milley brought back the uniform to honor them. However his actions, combined with now wearing that uniform could be viewed as an insult to them. Of course the mere fact that he reintroduced the uniform, perhaps in an effort to equate himself and others with them, could also be viewed as an insult.

But I get your point, and I agree that wearing any uniform and pulling this shit is the bigger offense.

I don't know Milley from Adam, but I can say from what I have read he's a disingenuous, political, slimy, POS who traded in his manhood and any knowledge on sound doctrine for stars and flags. From what I have heard he is so disliked some of his former units have unofficially PNG'd him and created distance.

Yeah well show me where he previously said he was some kind of warrior from within. Obviously we know about the Chinese "I'll let you know" comment, and that was bad enough. Now he openly and brazenly admits his agenda was bigger than just "letting China know". Gist of the OP is to point out it goes way beyond that, and now there is tacit proof.
