I can’t wait to hear their claims on how they were able to access them. Did they come dressed in coveralls pretending to be from the gas company? “Comrade, there has been reports of gas leak in area. We must inspect your 20,000 sqf mansion for your safety.” GTFOH…

While there may be a person or two with TDS, I can't recall seeing someone afflicted with it here. Most, like myself, don't want him in 2024 but have said they would hold their nose and vote for him if he got the nomination. Hopefully you don't think TDS means not wholeheartedly, 110% worshipping him. I would think that voting for him in the general, even though they didn't want him, should be more than sufficient.

Sadly, that's how some view it. Hopefully he's not one those, as they are just as brain dead as the TDS types.

There's a time for sledgehammers, and a time for scalpels. DeSantis has a "fighting spirit" like Trump but also the ability to operate with cool, surgical precision and strategy where Trump is short, hence the Lefties trying to attack him as "Worse Than Trump."

Here in WA, where the R has no chance of winning anyway, my vote doesn't really decide anything so I might as well vote Trump as a symbolic "F--- You." You guys in Red, Purple and Light Blue states the math works differently of course, but all us Left Coasters have left for our ballots is to say "I Do Not Consent" as loudly as we can.
DeSantis and his abortion stance is going to make it hard to get that "broad appeal" vote. Reagan did manage to pull it off and come in after a disaster like Carter, but given the recent Roe v Wade reversal, abortion is going to be an "election issue" like nobody has seen before.

I just don’t see it being that big an election issue except for those on the Left who would have voted “D” anyway. Those in the middle who could go either way rather be able to afford to fill up their gas tank and put food on the table than have the federal government guarantee, against states rights, unfettered access to murder babies in the off chance they would want to do so. Even then they can go to an abortion state to do it.

While we are indeed talking about the electorate at large and their intelligence I question, even to a dolt it is evident that the SCOTUS didn't ban abortion, just put it back under a respective State's jurisdiction. There will be ample Lefty states where you can still get an abortion, don't sweat it. As you said, it will embolden mostly those who would vote that way anyway. Fvck 'em.

You grossly underestimate the middle of the roads crowd and the importance they put on things like "don't be a nazi", "gay rights are more important than all human rights" and "only women are allowed to decide abortion issues because it's their body." And they will defend their misguided notions to the end of their days even if their voting patterns result in gas being $8 a gallon because gas prices are just a carry over from Trump being president anyway.

If they understood "infringement" in the same context they defend abortion rights everyone here would have a non regulated select fire carbine and a suppressor they purchased at Wal Mart.

    One problem.

Perception vs. Reality as it applies to the internet and the average person. Think for a few moments how much the average person understands what constitutes an assault weapon, the ballistic performance of 5.56 and why you don't need a bump stock to bump fire a rifle. Just because you get this shit doesn't mean they get this shit. These are the same people who really thought Obamacare was gonna be free and the people who get it now would just start getting benefits without having to pay into it like it was with social security when FDR passed that BS.
