One interesting thing I saw on the news was from an interview with a former high level intel guy. I believed he worked at the Whitehouse in the past. Dont remember his name, but he was a guy who would know such things.

He said there are items that are "born classified". That means that the minute is is printed or written, it's classified. One of those things are hand written notes by the President on various topics such as foreign relations. Basically, if the President is reading a non classified report on a foreign relations matter and writes notes on the report, it becomes classified automatically. The guest then went on to say something about the FBI seizing hand written documents.

So it's pretty likely some of these super secret nuclear launch codes exposing all of our spies documents that the media is spinning up about, are literally just had written notes that Trump took during briefings.

Stop thinking of the legality and the alw and all the other BS. The left has a plan to roll out 'events' between now and the election. They won't be fully explored, they are only meant to hold our attention and flood the MSM for 7-10 days with dire predictions of what will happen. Throw in a massshooting that might jiggle the order- Dicken can't be everywhere. A pretty good legal analysis of the search warrant and possible criminal charges. The DOJ is weaving a circuitous path and careening off the facts in law to go after Trump on this. It really is a “show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime“ situation.
