It Was 49 Years Ago...July 19, 1973...A Film Called "Enter The Dragon"

A Warner film shot in Hong Kong for 800,000 US would have box office sales in excess of 400 million and in some locations ran for years. A relatively unknown martial artist named Bruce Lee would change the world.

He would die about a month before (July 20) and never know the film would make him an international superstar.

    What a movie ...

The day that Bruce Lee's body was being flown from Hong Kong to the US, our family landed in Kaitak airport when my dad took us along on a business trip. We didn't even know that until afterward.

Riots are like sports, it's better to watch it on TV at home.

My dad and his friends were going to college in Pasadena in their youth and got to see him do that famous demonstration back in the day when no one knew who he was. That must have been awesome.

Such a great movie, most definitely one the most, if not the most, iconic martial art movies ever made. I always loved the fight between Bruce Lee and Bob Wall.
