For some reason, this unnerves me way more than had it been a professional outfit. They're obviously planning on using these guys on innocent people. Sending these guys after actual criminals would be lambs to the slaughter.
If I had to guess, I would say these people are going to be used to silence bloggers and youtubers. I suspect this is more about silencing political opposition protected by the first amendment than anything else.
