Are the CTR riser packs available??

I googled the CTR Riser and only Operations Parts and Alamo Tactical came up as sources, but neither list the 3 pack risers at all.

The Magpul website does not have them.

Anyone seen them at one of their favorite vendors, or can Magpul tell me what dealers might have them?
