Lol. I do though! See below, i feel like this is a 1" gun easy, might have to get some fgmm to rule out or confirm ammo.

Any idea whats going on here? Got my velocity SD down to <12

Is this a trigger press/followthrough issue? Could inconsistent stock pressure/placement do this? Parrellax was correct. I keep getting 2 distinct groups:
1- 6 shots about .8"
2- 4 shots i. .7"
3- 5~1.1 (top shot was cold bore)
4 - 5 shots in .46"

I would get some good, solid match ammo, setup a bipod and rear bag, and take your time shooting.

It took me a long time to get anywhere near the groups i get now. I started in to the long rang PRS not too long ago (getting out of it now). It took me about a year to hold a 1” 10 round group with match ammo that costs 2.50 a round.

Put a harmonic balancer on the end of the barrel, see if that closes up the groups. If that works then you might need a different barrel.

I’ve had some Larue barrels shoot lights out and some just ok. They all needed a little break in though.

Ditch the bipod, get good sand bags fore and aft.

69s will go trans-sonic between 800 and 900 yards. You'll need a heavier bullet to stay supersonic at 1,000 (typically a Sierra, Berger, Hornady, or Nosler -- 70+ Very Low Drag, or an 80 / 80+ grain Match, usually loaded long for single-shot feeding).
