There's odd words floating around, like "as long as your submission was in before actual deadline, you'll be good". You'll have a record of submission.

Problem is, way too many other 2A related cases bubbling up, and SCOTUS will likely only take 1 or 2 of them. The judicial system is flawed in many many ways.

What wins? If anti's take 20ft and 2A takes back 7in, that's no win. Look at the NJ case with Judge Bumb. So many are saying she ruled for a huge 2A win. Nope, some of the anti BS still stuck, and the rest is on-hold until further court hearings. The simple fact that some of the NJ BS stuck means 2A had no wins!

Well, I was thinking of NY v Bruen for one. Huge step in slapping back at the anti Constitution wave that hasn’t gotten much pushback until the SCOTUS nominations under Trump. At the very least, there is a lean back toward ruling on the actual Constitution and the law rather than everything going the way of the leftist/activist ideology that was driving everything up to that point.
