Mine got disapproved 9/22 for a clerical. Had it resubmitted in a week. Still not approved. My guess is it's gone and I am resubmitting as a paid Form 1.

The President has the lawful power to do an amnesty at any time. We need to use strategies like the Democrats. They want open borders, so they just don't enforce the immigration laws. In fact, they use federal funds to facilitate illegal immigration. A real pro-2nd President would use the same strategy and just have an ongoing blanket amnesty.

Did you try emailing the agent handling your form? He was responsive when I had questions about mine.

I did. Twice. Never responded. I even called and was told "yup, we got it." That was it.

And while I think this is a FANTASTIC idea, the reality of it would be that without the tax revenue they would decrease staff and elongate wait times.

How about we force the Republicans if they ever get all 3 houses, to repeal NFA. So we have to pay ZERO and ZERO wait time

Republicans don't fix problems. They just whine about the problems Democrats create so they can get elected and do nothing.

You forgot the part about grifting, using problems to say "give us all your money right now and We'll Git 'Em Next Time"...

No, the way to win this is putting deep pockets in court through groups like SAF, GOA, Calguns Foundation. Dean Weingarten has a pretty good longterm roadmap for Death of a Thousand Cuts... counterintuitively, if we get a Surge in new NFA owners every stamp becomes one of those cuts.

    "The program for incremental reform/repeal:

    Education
    Massive Compliance
State Action on Silencers/SBRs/SBSs, NFA Sanctuary States
    Removal of Silencers from NFA
    Removal of SBRs/SBSs from NFA
Repeal/Reinterpretation of the 1986 ban on the production of automatic firearms for citizen ownership.
Last but not least: Repeal of NFA, or finding the NFA as unconstitutional under an invigorated Second Amendment with an originalist and textualist Supreme Court."

I'm definitely in the skeptic camp at this point. Maybe it's age, maybe it's life experience. I'm not sure. We have some winnable battles ahead, and we'll win some, or all of them hopefully. But in the long term, with "friends" like the RINO party, we are extremely unlikely to win the war.

Culture is being changed from the inside out, and we are at least a generation behind. Are they too far ahead to catch up to? Not if the so called Republicans actually stand up for the principles that built this nation. What are the chances of that?
