ATF is going to have an amnesty for braced pistols

I did my third submission in May. It got denied in September because I forgot to sign it. They let me sign it and snail mail it in. It got approved in November.

Mine got disapproved 9/22 for a clerical. Had it resubmitted in a week. Still not approved. My guess is it's gone and I am resubmitting as a paid Form 1.

You forgot the part about grifting, using problems to say "give us all your money right now and We'll Git 'Em Next Time"...

No, the way to win this is putting deep pockets in court through groups like SAF, GOA, Calguns Foundation. Dean Weingarten has a pretty good longterm roadmap for Death of a Thousand Cuts... counterintuitively, if we get a Surge in new NFA owners every stamp becomes one of those cuts.

I'm definitely in the skeptic camp at this point. Maybe it's age, maybe it's life experience. I'm not sure. We have some winnable battles ahead, and we'll win some, or all of them hopefully. But in the long term, with "friends" like the RINO party, we are extremely unlikely to win the war.

Culture is being changed from the inside out, and we are at least a generation behind. Are they too far ahead to catch up to? Not if the so called Republicans actually stand up for the principles that built this nation. What are the chances of that?
