Could SBRs get removed from the NFA?

The pistol brace ban that is coming really has me curious if it will even get accepted. Seems lately left and right the Democrats are losing in court and the latest I read even had California's magazine limitations unconstitutional.

So...Could the pistol brace thing not only be deemed unconstitutional but ALSO bring attention to SBRs and have a chance of them also being removed from the NFA as unconstitutional?

Ban and confiscation is the ultimate goal. The rich will have over/under shotguns for clay and hunting sports and the plebs can check out their .22 for an hour a month that's held at the local range for target practice.

    Stop worrying about it.

ah shat..not GD. Delete if desired. Sorry, Mods.

Yes. And a monkey shall fly from my ass momentarily.

Not so fun fact, they couldn't pass pro gun laws when Republicans had the House, Senate and White House.
They certainly aren't passing anything with the current politicians.

There are areas in Europe where suppressors are required for rifle shooting at ranges to reduce noise pollution. The Hearing Protection Act was even framed as that. With an R house/senate/presidency it went nowhere.

Politicians on both sides of the aisle, not to mention the "gun rights organization" the NRA claims to be, have zero interest in anything like touching SBRs that would affect 'modern sporting rifles'.

Most of the gun laws are absurd at a minimum so how do they unfck that? Not much makes sense in this arena. God help us. SBR's Cans. mags ...?

So in the time from when that was first introduced, more than a few states became suppressor and SBR friendly when they were simply NON NFA states at the time so while we didn't get everything we wanted, we did make serious progress.

How many states are even left that don't allow suppressors?
