Looks like to me that the perp earned C. at least twice.
I like dogs. I connect with dogs. I agree that if any armed suspect aims at a dog he should be shot.
However, lets be real here.
Every year, police let their dogs die in hot cars. No charges.

That POS took off running with SWAT behind him, flanking him, a K-9 on his 6, and still pulled a gun. He was going to hurt as many people as he could before he went down. It couldn't have ended any better. I'd like to think it hurt really bad while he bled out.
