That picture of everyone slamming the border isn’t some Neil Diamond video of people wanting liberty and a new chance at life. Mostly it’s just illegals wanting money.
Sweden has never been accused of being some capitalist shark of a nation and yet they have gotten a lot darker and moon worshiping because their socialist and liberal policies allowed for it.
Your thesis, sir, doesn’t exactly hold water.

I’m not some hair-head “liberal”. I’m far too old for that. But I have outgrown American “conservatism” as well. They are no better than televangelists. “We need money and votes!” Okay you get them money and votes and nothing happens. Put democrats in office and things happen most ricky tick.

What the other bumper sticker said isn’t wrong. There really are only dozens who hold the real wealth. They didn’t get it fairly. They didn’t earn it. And they are actively using it to overrule you.
Just because you’re doing a little better than your neighbor doesn’t make you wealthy. Especially if you are not self employed.
100 years ago most people were self employed and only paid property tax. Now they tax your income, make any cash over a certain amount you transport interstate seizable (I know, I’ve done it), make withdrawals over a certain amount automatically reportable to the IRS, and they are working overtime on Crypto currency because the Fed and the Bankers couldn’t control it normally. So if you were doing too well on it those days are numbered. Same with Know Your Customer laws (thanks Patriot Act) which has less to do with stopping terror and more to do with finding unreported income and tax “cheats”. Let’s not forget the constant rule changes to the stock market whenever normal people start getting ahead.

So please be my guest in rushing to defend the bankers and lawyers. Because if there were any justice then they would be the first to be put on a cross along with chomos and other enemies of the people

Other people doing well doesn't at all restrict your ability to also do well. The wealth pie has unlimited size.

It has unlimited size, but your access is definitely restricted. Unless you have 10 million dollars net to your name; you’re really not getting anywhere and don’t really have a say.

I’m not some ‘tax the rich’ type.

No. I am a ‘kill the bankers and lawyers’ type. With a national interest purge of foreign buyers/owners and a dash of isolationism.
Part of the big lie is thinking your pittance is actual wealth.

Your money is worth nothing it used to be because people you didn’t elect have removed it from the Gold standard and make everything strictly on credit. Credit that is easily manipulated by foreign entities (ie banks). And all these banks tried to stop the Russians from waging their war in Ukraine. That should be a bone chilling realization to you all. That BANKS get to decide if you are allowed to wage a war. If they had not had alternative means; it would have worked.

If you make $150k, understand that would have barely been about $80k 20 years ago. That’s not that impressive.

I’d like to think you all aren’t so comfortable with the fact that more and more larger American based corporations are foreign owned and foreign held.

But you got yours, right? All that matters.
Future generations of Americans will rightfully curse us all for not having bloody and cruel public executions of the people who bought and sold us.

But it’s cool because your “owning teh Libz”

Acknowledging the fact that the real wealth, our wealth, is gatekept by foreign cabals of families and organizations that shape our body politic with usury doesn’t make me Left wing or liberal.

I’m glad you’re happy with it. I am not.

With your goyslop, begging for rights, voting for people who are less and less genuinely conservative, and are okay with living in a moderately better house in a relatively White neighborhood when all your major cities and states with actual electoral votes fall like Dominoes. I know. Georgia is DONE. Glad I got out.

But hurr hurr we sure owned teh libz

Who really owns who these days?

"Too big to fail" is just one recent example of restrictions on the "ability to do well".

To clarify, I meant nobody who thinks Mexicans are "reclaiming stolen lands" wants to talk about these things.
It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.

I won't argue semantics. It is what it is. (but lol at your at your insults)

Both(commie and capitalism) metrics have their faults. Neither truly exist due to greed of man(which Mark said in his book, you should read it, it's on Amazon for $7)it's not possible....but show me...literally any example of someone from a capitalistic country fleeing to a totalitarian/socialistic country. (that wasn't running from felonious accusations) Why does every oppressed people come to the US, Canada, UK, and the like?

I can show you 1000's of articles of people fleeing those socialist nations...but there isn't enough time in a lifetime. Nobody is standing in line at Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea, China, etc ...to get in with residency.

Enjoy the fantastic food of your AO.

    people coming to the US.

    sorry, Mods.
Socialism sucks balls, but unrestricted Capitalism has problems too. Corporate Towns in WV were prime examples. Folks lived in company owned towns, paid in company scrip, shopped at company owned stores, and paid rent to reside in company owned homes.

It was an economic monopoly, the employer could place large markups on goods, making workers dependent on the company, thus enforcing employee "loyalty".

Such practices were made illegal in 1938 under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Hell, Walmart was doing that in Mexico until 2018 when the Mexican Supreme Court ruled that Walmart must cease paying its employees in part with vouchers redeemable only at Walmart stores.

Amazon is trying to go to such a system via their "gamification", which rewards employees who complete high numbers of orders with Swag Bucks in a game-like system, which can then be used to buy Amazon-themed merchandise.

There is a reason why in thr first part of the 20th Century, Americans favored Unions, Socialism, Government Intervention, and Regulatory Compliance, etc...

The Gilded Age of Robber Barons really was a cluster **** for the common person.

The New Deal was an attempt to end it and for all of its **** ups, it did end it and out of that quagmire, American Middle Class benefited from it. When Neoliberalism (Reagan and Bush) came onto the stage, they deregulated the economy and the first thing that happened was everything was shipped overseas. Now you have a Nuevo-Class of Robber Barons popping up and the American Middle Class is hurting.

Again, Socialism sucks. My family fled it. But unrestricted Capitalism has its own issues.

“The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings; the inherent virtue of socialism is the equal sharing of miseries.” - Winston Churchill

Churchill wasn't wrong. It is the best system out there. But you have winners and losers under it and if left to its own devices. Capitalism will sell the very rope that will be used to hang itself to the Socialists that want to hang it.

Mexicans are the laziest, most crime ridden people looking to do the jobs that Americans won't do at wages we turn our noses up at.

It is the weirdest dichotomy about immigrants in general. Lazy Mexican and Work like a Mexican can co-exist in people's minds at the same time. Steal welfare and our jobs...

The left can't meme because they are the ones in power. Meme-ing punches up, not down.
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.

That is liberty! Peace and stability allows one to make money and that can only be done in an environment of liberty. Fiscal stability allows one to raise a family without worry. Fiscal stability provides political stability. When people are able to make an income or start/run a business and not worry about kleptocratic oligarchy stealing from them, that promotes freedom.

Our founding fathers started a revolution against the crown due to the crown's strangulation on peace, stability, and money.
