    Roto Shoulder Holster

I don't own or use a shoulder holster, but for those who do, I thought this was a smart design as it carries vertical but draws closer to horizontal:

Not too many I'd guess, but under the right circumstances another option in the carry tool box.

That right circumstance for me was injury, I couldn't wear a belt, was only wearing sweat pants/shorts, even a fanny pack wasn't happening.

I have, would, and will when working on my back property. Battle belts and belt holsters in general are a hassle when doing physical work.

Lou Alessi made/makes(?) a dandy Horizontal SH.
I’ve used/have them for 1911 and BHP. One advantage is; when you strap one on and look in the mirror, you see Don Johnson looking back at you.
A true "Gun Guy" (or gal) should have familiarity and a modicum of proficiency with most all firearms platforms.

Unless the gun is small and or, you're large, how does horizontal not poke out the back some?

Because when a well made holster is worn properly, it sits at more of an angle than exactly horizontal, with the muzzle pointing up past but underneath your armpit and not just straight behind you, especially with longer barrels. This allows it for easier concealment, but of course, clothing choice, body type, weapon size, all do make a difference.
    "Warriors"

Out of every 100 men, ten shouldn't even be there, eighty are just targets. Nine are the real fighters and we are lucky to have them for they make the battle. Ah, but the one...one is a Warrior, and he will bring all the others back.

Seen a bunch that were straight horizontal and short of a heavy jacket, I don't see how one conceals that with anything but a compact gun. That holster in the OP seems to be best of both worlds.

    I like this...

I just bought an AlienGear shoulder rig, and it's terrific. It's made with a lot of elastic, so it doesn't bunch up or dangle the heavy bits.

    I'm medium-build (6'0" and 185lbs), and a Glock 23 fits well under a wind-breaker or whatever. A Glock 22 obviously prints, no matter how I wear it...
