Actually, I thought a lot of the ships that they did testing on after World War II did fairly well? As in it’s much harder to sink ships with a nuclear bomb than you think.
As to a nuclear wave coming ashore, I don’t think it works like that. A wave sends energy, moving, not the water itself so the water near the bomb does move, but then moves the water next to it, which moves the water next to it it’s not the water near the bomb, that would impact the shore. With all that water around, I’m not sure exactly what the radio logical effects would be. You always have the material the bomb, but I thought it was the radiation of other materials that lead to the large amount of fall out, so if you have all that water tamping the radiation, I’m not sure what kind of “waterfallout” you’d get. Of course some thing close to the bottom would be different.
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.
It's that simple.
