Picked this up off layaway recently. Does anyone know if the front QD socket takes a standard QD sling swivel or something unique to the 1301?
Interesting that the box says "Made In USA" but the barrel and receiver are marked "Made In Italy".

Gun is made in Italy, assembled in USA from what I have read.
My standard QD fit in it, but they do allow for full 360deg rotation.
Wonderful scattergun.
I also replied to your post over at the Beretta forum. I replaced mine with the GG&G with the rail/light mount and its awesome. The OEM accepts standard qd swivels.

I love my 1301 tactical. Yes, the QD socket accepts standard QD mounts.
I upgraded the handguard to the GG&G Zhukov handguard, and it makes mounting a light much better.
Yes, to make a long story short Langdon Tactical talked GG&G into basically ripping off most of what Aridus makes for the 1301 because Aridus was unable to keep up with demand for his products while he was fulfilling a major contract. That contract allowed him expand him manufacturing capabilities and now his stuff is typically in stock.

Gettin' down innagrass.
Let's Go Brandon!
i literally waited on the "back in stock" list for an Aridus version for months (probably) almost a year. The GG&G version came in stock so i grabbed it. Love Aridus gear, but it was literally nonexistent forever.
You can also ghost load it to be an 8 + 1.
