Not sure how long they'll hold up, but the pockets are way more consistent than LC, and everyone else. There's some variation in pocket tightness, but none were loose enough to mark as "last firing".

I'm priming them all with CCI 41s which did well Saturday. With my luck, the SAME load will pop a dozen primers this weekend.

I posted a detailed review/explanation of this ammo on PSA’s website. It never went up. It’s was honest and complete. Only reviews that get posted are great reviews. Why suck? Reviews cannot be trusted but what is new.

They sent me emails to verify buyer etc. Nada.

This dog shit continues to shred my nutsack. After reworking hundreds of rounds to a thoroughly tested charge, we got a few FTEs in a know good gun.

Busted out the chrono and got 2828 fps (on the same 20" Bolt gun) on a load was developed to shoot about 100 fps slower than that.

At this point, due to the horrible velocity swings and shitty SDs, I'm suspecting the mongoloids who make this shit mixed powders of various lots/burn rates.

What gun had the failures to extract?

We had a LMT 10.5. Unsupressed. Runs like a top. But the crazy velocity could explains it.

Yep. As PB said, the LMT. We were starting to entertain the carbon ring notion, but then we chrono'd and got the answer. Has to be mixed or bad powder. I've used the primed brass with good powder and had correct results.

Is the LMT leaving the case in the chamber?

Ripping off or jumping the rim?

Not just the LMT, several ARs had the same malfs with the original stupid hot load... but... it's leaving the empty on top of the next round... out of the chamber but still in the port. So it's like a double feed, but the top part of the mess is the empty case. Nothing is stuck anywhere, it's just a log jam in the upper.

I even shot some good 69 gr ammo in the gun just as a sanity check. Ran fine of course.

I wonder what the burn rate of this powder is. It must be on the slow side for 223 if there is 24.5 grains of it in the case, and could be wrecking havoc on the short gas systems.

I had similar issues with a 10.5 CAR style DPMS barrel years ago and switching to a fast power completely solved the issue.

Edit: I'm guessing you didn't have issues with rifle length gas systems?
